Shareholders will enjoy a wide variety of cheeses including cow, sheep and goat milk cheeses; raw cheese, soft and aged cheeses. All cheeses are sourced from the Midwest, prioritizing farms that raise their dairy animals with regenerative, humane practices and craft their own cheeses on farm. Cheese qualities and notes will be included with every pickup. No processed cheese. No rbst used at any participating farms.
