Grandma's Heirloom Currant Jelly

 

Grandma White was as tough and tart as the hearty, red currant bushes she planted decades ago. The currants have been passed down for three generations and moved countless times, never failing to produce their humble berry.

This currant jelly recipe has also been passed down and has been a family favorite forever. Pleasantly sweet, fresh berry taste that makes obnoxious grape jelly take a backseat.
